Unfortunately, many bank-owned properties are inaccurately listed simply because the bank/owner has never set foot on the property. It is up to a potential buyer to verify all data. In truth, any buyer viewing any property should always verify information in case of inaccuracy. Mistakes do happen even with ordinary listings.
