Contact the listing agent on the listing and ask them to remove the photos of your property.
If you cannot reach them, call their Broker ( listing Company) and have them remove your photos.

Hi Kevin,

Your profile currently indicates that you are a home owner, however in order to submit a rental listing to Trulia and manage it, you must be classified on our site as a real estate agent, broker, property manager, or landlord.

If you updated your profile after you submitted these listings to our site, you need only to change it back to one of those options above (landlord if you are renting your own properties) and you should once again have access to these properties within the My Listings section of your account.

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please reach out to us via the methods Laura posted below.

Hi Lisa,

Welcome to Trulia and thank you for your question. Only listings submitted to us manually have this entry field for virtual tours. Other listings that are submitted to us automatically should show virtual tours automatically as well if those tours are submitted to us by the provider.

If your provider does not submit virtual tours to us, you might want to inquire with them if they can do so and direct them to the link below to review our XML feed specifications.

In the meantime, as a work-around, you can submit this information to us automatically via our 'One at a time' listing submission method. If you do so, that information won't manually override that which we receive automatically from other sources, however our system should pick up your virtual tour link and display that along with that information. I realize that work-around isn't ideal and may be fairly complicated to understand, so please feel free to let us know if you have other questions.

I will also send a recommendation to our team that we add the virtual tour field to all listings to make this process much easier in the future.

Hi Decapua,

It looks as though your account creation was successful since you were able to post this question. I was also able to create a test account with this zip code successfully.

Please let us know if you have any other concerns about the location entered for your account or if you have any general feedback for us.

Thank you,

Hi Nancy,

I'm sorry that you've experienced such confusion trying to manage your listings on our site thus far. Only listings that have been submitted to Trulia manually can be edited at this time. We are working to make all listings editable in the future but in the meantime you'll need to edit your listing at the source - which in this case is The Real Estate Book. Once you make the appropriate changes to the listing on their site, our display should update automatically with the new information thereafter.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or feedback.

Best Wishes,

Hi Anubha,

Every active listing on Trulia includes a link to another website where there are additional property details and photos. An interested home-buyer can easily click on this link from our search results page or property details page.

I hope this answers your question.
