Sharon teh only way you can get a true answer is to meet with a local and trusted mortgage broker, they can prequailify you at no cost, they will look at your credit plus your financials and let you know if there are any mortgage programs that you may quailify for. They can assist you in answering cosigner questions as well, anyone else is just guessing if they have not seen your financials and credit score.

They should have had a representative assigned to you when you won the bid. Did you do this through a Realtor...I hope you did! Otherwise you get to do all of the follow up and paperwork. Start by calling the auction house for direction...they'll refer you to the title company and you can figure out disclosures and fuinding from there. Good luck! ... more

Hi Michelle,
Sometimes is difficult to find out who owns the home after it goes into foreclosure. The lender may put an assest management company in charge, and transfer a quick deed.
I could research for you or you could try the courthouse. If there is no sign in the yard or window, it may not be on the market quite yet. The lenders are very, very backlogged with foreclosures now, and you just have to be patient, while making sure all of your ducks are in a row with your mortgage and down-payment. Have a preapproval letter in hand so that when it does come on the market, you are ready.

I know of 3 properties in the Rolling Prairie area that are vacant and not listed yet. 700, 400 N, and Fail Rd. I can keep an eye out for you on a daily basis and help you with anything else you need.
