Brian Nguyen answered:
The minimum down payment to buy a loan depends on the type of loan that you choose to finance your home or the type of loan you qualify for. A down payment for a conventional loan can be anywhere from 10%-20% down. On the other hand, a FHA loan only requires 3.5% down, but this loan does have mortgage insurance. Also, if you are a veteran or are seeking a USDA approved home, you can apply for a VA or USDA loan that does not require anything down. Well I hope this helps! Good luck! Alan G. Bonny answered:
Many and most mortgage sources do not cater to the needs of folks seeking to purchase properties with manufactured homes. However, there are a few who do. Manufactured homes, like vehicles, don't appreciate like sticks and bricks homes. Many manufacured homes aren't correctly installed as a finance source would want them to. There's also the risk, after financing, the manufactured home could be moved to another location. Seeing as the home is the collateral in a purchase, the bank might lose track of it. Hopefully you can now understand why so many mortgage sources do not perform in these circles.

Get with me and I'll help you with your sale or purchase. I'm in touch with the appropriate sources.

Continued.....RE: Northcrest Ranchis a wonderful area:
This comment made saying this is a bad neighborhood is wrong. If you live anywhere in the Houston area just take a drive out to Northcrest ranch and stop and ask neighbors how they like it and other questions you may have. I have sold homes here and one family moved away for a few years and came back to the country..did not like living in areas to the south, homes to close, more conjestion on the streets.
Soon there will be an Amusement Park off of 59 and many people living in other states that are developing it will me moving this way and I have had inquirys and some positive feed back for the area Northcrest Ranch. Joan Osborne RE/MAX Associates Northeast 281-348-3024
