I'm sure this home is sold and closed at this point. However- to avoid this, Another question may be, what are the steps that go into the hiring an agent? Based on my experience, consumers are much more likely to have a bad experience with an agent that is inexperienced or does not have a strong track record, strong support systems, and is a strong communicator. I recommend interviewing minimum of 3 LOCAL agents to get a feel for who you feel is the best fit. Look for information on google about questions to ask and how to seek out top agents. ... more

if it is an REO the simple answer is no. This is why I always stress people should get financing before they start looking to avoid this issue. Your best hope is to wait and see if the property is still available once your financed.
