Hi,

Thank you for for taking time to contact us regarding incorrect data on your property page. The data you reported is coming from your county records, because of this I am unable to edit the information. This data is gathered by a third-party data collector and if correct with your county will be updated on Trulia when the updated data gets sent to us. My best recommendation would be to contact your county to ensure that the public records are up to date.

If the county records are correct and Trulia has not received the updated data yet, owners have the ability to edit their home facts on Trulia which appear in the 'Owner Information' section. Please know that edit home facts feature is currently removed from the property pages while we improve the feature. While we do not have a specific date for when they will be available, I can assure you this is only temporary. We thank you for your patience.

Thank you for using Trulia!

Hello Edward,

You should stop by Future Homes In Hubert. I would love to help you in making your decision. FEMA did a study in 1992 that said modular homes held up much better to the hurricane winds that were produced by the storm in Florida in August of that year than stick built. Modular Homes Utilize 30% more material than a standard stick built. At future homes we can build a totally custom home. I would love to make an appointment with you so we could sit down and discuss all of the benefits of buying one versus a stick built. Here are just a few key points.

- Superior construction according to Bob Vila and Fema
-Structure never gets rained on. Always in a controlled environment.
-Once we design your home and contract is signed their are no additional costs (Price Lock)
-Construction of home is never delayed because of weather
-Factory built so no subs and a high quality control standard

The biggest one is Future Homes has built over 1400 homes in this are and have been here for over 23 years and is family owned and operated. I could go on forever but I wont. I hope you choose modular even if it isn't with us. Contact me with any questions. Sam sam@futurehomesnc.com. Thanks for your time.

Check out 88 Quarterdeck Lane,Riverbend New Bern-on canal-marina only 100metres. Leads to Neuse River and then out into the Atlantic ocean
P.S. Never been flooded. Its' simply beautiful. Flood insurance is $970 per month.
Because its at the top of the canal its never been flooded. A bargain if you can afford it.
Ask for Nancy Hiller at The New Realty Co. in Oriental, NC. 5127912910
Give my name Marguerite as a referral.
Tiny turtles in the canal, friendly squirrels come to the deck for nuts, yearlings skipthrough the snow.
Its a top golfing community, country club, private neighbourhood-low crime rate. Lots of other retirees love it there. would like to retire there but I'm too young!!

Connie Sithens answered:
Hello Donna,

I suggest you choose a Buyer's agent to help you with your property search. There is no cost to the Buyer, as the Seller's side pays the commission. That agent will be able to help you research any properties in which you have an interest. Moreover that agent will be representing your interests. Individual list agents are initially at least representing their seller clients.

I perform this function for many buyers, local and out-of town. Please feel free to call me on my cell phone at 252-474-4054.

If you paste the link below into your web browser, you will be directed to our company website and my profile page. I am happy to assist you.

There are many houses for rent in New Bern, NC and the surrounding area. Just be aware that properties listed for sale do not usually have a rental option. The majority of properties are either listed for sale or for rent. There are many different property management companies in New Bern to assist you in your search. I would recommend contacting TJS Properties. Lena is really great at finding people rentals to suit their needs. If you need additional information please contact me. ... more
