In zip code 89048 a crazy person is poisoning dogs throwing it over fence and I do not think police have caught them yet. I live in Henderson and it is on the news. I would call a pest control in Pahrump and see how bad scorpions are and spray for them once a month and maybe they can tell you what else you need to know..I hopefully am moving there also...good luck. ... more

Think about it, all you have to do is ANYTHING, but what you have been doing up to now, believe me, all of us, that were not fortunate enough, to have either a stable family life coming up, or a silver spoon in our mouth, indeed struggled at your age. Just relax, think about what you are REALLY good at, not what your defeated ego (You yourself) tells everyone you are good at, and work towards getting into that field. You should always swallow your foolish pride, and do, within the bounds of the law, WHATEVER you have to do to get where you want to go, there's no other way!! Been on this earth more than 70 years now, nothing works like just finding out what you have to do, and do it. It took me almost half of my life to figure it out. You are young, and if you didn't commit a capital crime, I will help you get whatever it was you did sealed. Hopefully, you have maintained a solid life since you broke the law, and will do so hereafter! Further, irregardless of whether or not, you are still a goofball :-0 I will help you find the appropriate government agency to assist you with food and shelter. skysoldiermike@gmail.com ... more

Hello,

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please be advised that the data you reported is coming from your county records, because of this I am unable to edit or remove the information. This data is gathered by a third-party data collector and only updates on Trulia when discrepancies are identified at the next data collection cycle. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite this process.

That said, you have the ability to edit your home facts that appear in the Owner Information section. Please follow these instructions on how to edit your home facts. This includes editing the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, home features, description and more.

1. Sign into your Trulia account. If you do not have an account, you must first register in order to update your home facts.

2. If you haven't already claimed your home, navigate to the property page, go to the "Edit Home Facts " button and verify ownership.

3. If you have claimed your home, click on the same "Edit Home Facts" button to update your home facts.

4. Make sure to select Publish Updates at the bottom of the page.

Hi Pt,

It may be possible with an FHA or VA loan (if you're an eligible veteran) as long as you're at least 12 months into the plan & have made all of your payments on time. In addition the BK trustee has to approves it & you need to qualify from a debt to income ratio standpoint as well as minimum credit score required. The other big qualifier is what the current standing is of the existing mortgage.
For example: If the mortgage reports on credit that you were 120 days or more late, lenders consider that the same as a foreclosure & requires at least a 3 year wait to be eligible for an FHA mortgage.

The best thing you can do is have a lender review your "file" to see what options are available to you.

Take a look at the recommendations from some of my past clients on my Trulia profile by clicking the link below my phone number.

Yes, absolutely. Check out "Las Vegas Future Floors". The phone number is 702-445-7851 and their email is lvfuturefloors@gmail.com.

Ask for Eric Jorden, the owner. They do excellent work. I personally listed and sold a home which had been rehabbed by this company. They compete with Home Depot, and Lowes on pricing, but the quality of work is much better and they do everything, not only flooring.

If you have additional question you can contact me direct.
