Hi..this property is listed on MLS for sale not for rent. There are a lot of rental scams on advertised properties so please be careful and don't send money to anyone. Use a local realtor who does rentals to be sure its a legit property. Good luck in your search. ... more

Hi Kevin,

I do not see a question here but I did see the Trulia info on the page. If you want the most accurate data get it from your buyers' agent. Sites like Trulia, Zillow.. get their info from third and other parties and often it is incorrect, old data by the time it feeds to these sites.
If you feel this house is over-priced then move on to the next one or make an offer with what you think its value is (the worst that could happen is they say no, then you go back to step 1: move on to the next one). A house is worth what a buyer is willing to pay for it. Good Luck

Unfortunately, when you see the re altytrac logo, you can be pretty sure that the listing is more designed to get you to buy their "service" than it is to help you buy the property.
I would contact a local real estate professional to save time and money.

It depends is the property near a park? Is it in a cul de sac? Does it have a large side or front yard. I have met alot of first time home buyers who are opting for smaller yards to have less taxes and less to mow. It really depends on the particular buyer. ... more

Kathleen Helliwell answered:
Christin - have you looked at other properties in the Natick or Framingham area? What appeals to you about this location? Have you spoken to a mortgage broker? These questions are typically asked by a good buyer's agent. Any real estate agent can open the door to this property for you, but a good one will assist you with the total process and work to protect your interests. Nouvelle is a lovely property with a very interesting location at the Natick Collection. If this sounds good to you, give us a call. My office is located in Framingham and has over 25 agents who know the area and properties. ... more

Lucille Boucini GRI, CRS answered:
Heidi answered correctly - the only addendum to that answer is that you must apply for the affordable housing unit with the Town of Natick and fit their income guidelines. Also - if you buy a housing unit that has been designated as 'affordable housing' - if you choose to sell it at some time in the future - the unit remains classified as affordable and can only be sold within the pricing guidelines set at that time. Good luck in your home search. ... more

These condos are located at the Natick Collection - Nouvelle - The fees are assessed based on the size of the unit. Below is one such listing at Nouvelle at Natick - this will give you the fees & what they include (they do include quite a few amenities). There was a recent auction for these units & the auction pricing seems to continue. Please feel free to call if you are interested in viewing any of these properties.
