When selling you discount accordingly.
There need be no Net difference to your bottom line when reselling without a driveay.
And because the home is in walkable, desirebale Narberth, it always has value to someone.

If there is opportunity to add any sort of driveway or pull-up parking, then you've added value and will see a net gain.

Narberth is not Chicago. There are about a half dozen or so streets where you can't (at least) find a place on your block. Someone will want to buy this non-driveway home because it is more affordable and parking will never be a complete disaster. And you can make a pretty good life inNarberth not driving at all, or just using the car to get to Trader Joe's on Giant once a week.

Yes, a driveway adds value and enhance a speedy resale. Pay less going in and take less going out. Either way, youre still likely to see above average growth in value in this excellent community.
