I would think you can not combine 2 agents listings into 1 profile. The name the listing is under on MLS would have to be the one it is under in Trulia, especially if you use an auto feed that sends your listings to Trulia. You could try to manually upload them under 1 profile but could be violating your MLS rules if you do that ... more

You can ask your agent or try contacting customer service directly; be aware that the information may appear on other sites as well, therefore consider searching your address.

MLS data and information from your Realtor for a property should be corrected and changed wherever you have the house listed. The most important place to have the home listed is on the MLS to be in front of Realtors working in your area. You can use our website www.agent4naples.com to see if your home is coming up on the MLS and how buyers would see your advertising. ... more

Mike or Denise51, I just read your ad. Perhaps, you will reconsider working with an Agent that has been responding to your questions posted in Trulia Community, today.

Also, please read the condo docs you received at closing for the allowed rental periods by your HOA...management....please note it is standard procedure to have all tenants submit an application and be approved prior to occupying a Rental Unit....

Thank you,

Thank you for alerting us about this Harry. The listing has been removed from our site.

Thank you also to the Naples team for reminding everyone about the 'Report an error'; option we have on every listing. That option is available under the 'More' tab located just below the property photos.

I have seen this before as well. Sometimes things like this will have to be manually updated, and the best thing to do is call your Trulia Representative and bring this to their attention, where they should be able to manually update the status. Hope this helps!

Congratulations on finding your condo on Trulia.

Any photos found on the internet belong to someone, always best to go to the source and ask for permission. Your REALTOR would be your first choice since that would be the person who would have the contact information.

Good Luck to you.

Hi Bea,

I wanted to chime in here to note that Carol and Tegan are correct. By and large Trulia does not receive listing information from the MLS. Listings are submitted to us by agents and brokers and in this case this listing simply hasn't been submitted to Trulia. It doesn't have anything to do with RealtyTrac as Paula suggested.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
