The road already exists. Northbrook Dr, it cuts right through it. No room for any other roads.

You would probably have to take 2 buses to complete the trip from Briarwood Blvd. to NCH. Here's a link to the Collier County transit routes website & you can look at all the routes/stops there. You could take bus Golden Gate 3b & then one of the NCH/mall buses.

Parking is exceptional and Free at all shopping areas Olde Naples has a Newly constructed Parking Garage as well as the Original One. The Main Malls Mercato, Waterside Shops, Coastland Center all have free parking in lots and parking Garages. Vanderbilt Beach has a Newly Constructed Parking Garage at a minimal cost for Non-Property Owners and free for property owners in Collier with a Beach parking Sticker.

Of course you can live on Marco without a boat. There are plenty of properties that are not on a canal. There are also a lot of homes on a canal that do not have a dock or do not have a boat. There are several marinas that have boat rentals, should you want to go fishing or just out for the day on the water. You have heard the old saying for a boater .. "the best day was buying the boat, the next best day was selling it". There is always something to do on Marco. If you would like more information about our paradise, please let us know.
