If your property is currently listed, your agent has full access to be able to adjust pictures. If not, there is a way to claim your home.. Depending on why you want to change it, you should be able to as a home owner as well.

The best advice is NEVER buy a time shares anywhere. It is a scam and the so-called timeshare you buy is sold over and over again to other people. It is very difficult to sell your timeshare now and renting isn't in the deal. It will cost you more to buy a timeshare and maintenance fee than to rent a hotel room or a full ownership of a condo. The TRULIA system relies on a series of public information sites, one of them being the tax records. It "measures" the potential uses, and does not take into account the actual use. If you should decide to offer your property for sale your agent will clarify this.
