The real question you should be asking is what is a good neighborhood to live in. While Old Nags Head Place is a beautiful subdivision, it is an area dominated by vacation rental homes. This means during the winter you and your family will be alone and in the summer there will be a new group of vacationers checking in every weekend. This might sound appealing but it gets tedious very quickly.

There are many wonderful neighborhoods where we locals live that are very kid friendly and they are all on the west side of Rt158. Plus, on the westside, you will get more house for your money, the houses are disigned to be lived in versus vactioning in and you will have actual neighbors rather than week long partiers.

Before you make the move to relocate here you need to spend some time exploring the OBX. With the right help, you will discover neighborhoods you did not know even existed. For what you would pay in Old Nags Head Place you can find waterfront properties in real family neighborhoods and the beach will be right around the corner.

If you are interested in learning what the OBX has to offer give me a call at 800-647-1868.

Thanks,
