Camila asked:
Would like it to be upgraded, in a good neighborhood, no duplex, town homes, or houses without a garage. Thanks!

It depends what size home you are wanting. I am currently building a BRAND NEW HOME in the Myers Park school district (Myers Park HS, Alexander Graham MS, Selwyn Elem). Land is expensive in Myers Park, and so we'd need to discuss what you're wanting in the home for your price range. I also am building several others in the Myers Park HS district, but that go to other middle and elementary schools.

Call me to discuss the options: 704-858-2345

I would google furnished leasing companies in the Charlotte area. There are a ton of property management companies out there that have fully furnished units in their inventory. I would also check with the luxury apartment rentals, I think that they have options for furnished leases(can get quite pricey however). I work with a professional in the area by the name of Jarrod Clay with CORT, thier website might be a good place to start! http://www.cort.com/relocation

If me or my team can be of any assistance do not hesitate to reach out! Happy shopping!

By law, Real Estate agents cannot "pass judgment" on crime in any given neighborhood. We encourage our clients to be proactive and check crime stats themselves. I agree with everyone thatSpotcrime.com/nc is a great tool. I also suggest that clients drive through target neighborhoods on the weekends. Stop and chat with the neighbors - they will tell you everything! Best success!

Hi everyone....

First, thank you for the answers so far to our question!

Since first posting the question, we have switched realtors and dropped the price by 18K to better reflect some comparable homes which have recently sold or are pending sale. We have also enlisted the assistance of a staging company to make the home "pop" even more and couldn't be happier!! We are now listed with Coldwell Banker Real Estate and are shooting for an Open House on Feb. 9th, 2008.....

So, please let us know what you think of the property and stop by to see it if you can!

Thanks again.....
