If the agent you are interviewing refer's to the internet as a modern technology...keep looking!!!!
Sunnyview had some good marketing tips, but Mack is very correct in that you need to be careful to not step on any Fair Housing Laws. You should work with your agent to develop a target marketing campaign that you both agree with.
Also, for areas like yours I think that working with an agent that lives and or sells a good amount of property there is the way to go. They need to love your home and the area to market it appropriately and to appeal to the right buyers.
