Nancy, let me know the price range you are in and if you are prequalified or I can put you in touch with a great lender and maybe I can find you something? I was born close to Multnomah and I can put my 27 years worth knowledge of real estate to work for you with maybe a neighbor that I might know or went to school with. Many grown children have bought their parents homes and the market is very tight in Multnomah because it is a great area just less than 10 minutes to downtown Portland.
