Anything you buy in Muleshoe, TX you better be prepared to keep because things don't move very fast there regardless of quality or price. Sold in the last year a home we had lived in for 8 years and took a huge loss. We needed to move and needed out of the mortgage. Otherwise we'd still be holding on to it.
