Currently, USDA home loans are the only avenue for securing 100% financing without the need to put any down payment. The credit, income and qualification requirements are also easier to meet and satisy. The closing costs can also be rolled into the loan amount. Unlike the FHA MIP, the funding fee is just paid once. http://USDALenders.org

The advantage of obtaining a USDA loan is that you don't need a down payment since it's 100% financing.

The disadvantage is that the loan process is lengthy because it's a government loan.

You can apply directly online at http://www.thetexasmortgagepros.com and a loan originator will contact you with more information.

Many areas in Cypress will qualify for these types of loans, including Fairfield.

Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi There!

I have experience with these types of loans, and know a few communities in the Cypress area that do accept them. You would need to qualify with USDA or with a lender that works with the USDA program. I do have one that I work with regularly. They offer a 100% financing program as long as you purchase in a USDA area, and meet their requirements. Please contact me if you'd like more information.
