I took the class1 year ago and all I have left to do is take the state exam and find a broker. I found out I was pregnant and put it on hold. Now I am considering selling and buying a house for myself. Should I get my liscense now or will I not be able to use it for this purpose anyways? If I do persue it, it will only be part time as I am currently employed. I also made the mistake of not using an agent the first time, doing all the work and let some one collect commission on 10 mins worth of work. I am still going to do the work myself so using a buyer's agent doesnt make sense to me but I don't know how else I would make an offer.
