Relocating to Orlando area in May - what are some areas to find a rental - 2B/2B someplace safe and big dog friendly - can spend $700.00

Asked by Michele Moore, Orlando, FL Wed Dec 7, 2011

Must haves - central air, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit - first floor or single level would be nice.

700 is going to be tough, but look close to downtown Orlando, at bungalows, or duplex apartments, beware and use a Realtor to make sure you don't get taken advantage off.

Try a duplex, rather than an apartment. sometimes they have a fenced yard. Homes for $700 or less are rare in good locations. again use a REALTOR to make sure it is not in foreclosure. If it is too good to be true, it is.Donna

If your dog is on endangered list the owners insurance will not cover your large dog. You will pay large pet fee usually. Orlando has many nice cities. May is popular time to move. Make sure your call a REALTOR that does property managment Check out 45 days before moving. Good luck. Donna
