I am considering moving into a 700 square foot loft in Philadelphia. What could one estimate to pay in utilities on average per month?

Hi Colts,

Many variables go into your utility usage. Condition of windows, insulation, temperature you keep heated or cooled to, electric or gas, C/A.

You should ask another tenant in the building or if you can still contact the current tenant moving out, they can absolutely tell you what their average bills were during their tenancy.

Good luck with your move.

All the best,
