Condo association requires certificate of insurance for all deliveries, is that doable?

We are about to buy a condo on the waterfront and the condo asociation rules requires that all large deliveries to the home - furniture, appliances, electronics etc. come with a certificate of insurance. We called some of the local stores like Home Depot and Best Buy an this is not something they can povide. anyone have any ideas on how to work this out?

The COA for the condo complex should carry insurance on the common areas. I would ask other condo associations in the area how they handle or ask a local management company how this is handled for other COAs

All stores have these certificate. You may want to ask for a supervisor at the company who can help you.
By the way, some condos do not require certificates on the larger well known stores.
