Be mindful that such web sites are third party sites, they are not real estate companies and used for advertising purposes; the information is fed by various sources, therefore data is not really verified. If you choose not to work with an agent of your own always verify ownership before exchanging any money/personal information--make certain they are who they claim to be. Never wire any money, if it sounds too good to be true, it is. For scam related information see link.

I am a local mortgage broker and would be happy to help you get pre-approvedfor a mortgage.

Other companies require a 640 and above score to help with financing; our lenders will go as low as a 550 score. SMC carries an A+ Better Business Bureau Rating and we have worked in the community for over 15 years!

Please call or email me so we can set aside some time to get you prequalified; or visit my website to complete the application

I look forward to working with you!

The United States housing market is getting healthier at an accelerating rate and therein could lie hope for a surprisingly strong economy this year. Home sales are at strong levels, which show the demand that is driving prices higher.

Get in touch with a real estate agent that can assist you and advice you properly.

Best of Luck,

Yes, sort of. I have written offers for buyers that I have spoken with or emailed listings to that have never seen the property. I went to see it and then gave a recommendation to the buyer and wrote an offer and presented it to the seller that accepted it.

To be clear, I had a way out for the buyer and it is called a Due Diligence period or some sort of inspection period where the buyer comes to see the property and have inspections made. Fortunately every time the buyer agreed with my suggestion and did purchase the property, but they had a way out that would have cost them nothing at all if they backed out. So it can happen, and does to a point. At some point you need to see it to be sure you want it.

I am a local homeowner. You can rent from a couple of the realtors that also have rentals. I think Cindy Bevis and Dorothy Wood are two of the most honest and fair. Lisa McKinney can also help you, but she can be aggressive, and not as workable. Depending on the neighborhood, the "fruit bowl" is safe and reasonable at $600 - $1000 per month for a 3 bed / 2 bath. Queens Lake neighborhood is more expensive and desirable but all rentals are hard to find, expect a one-year lease. Stay west of 27th street, north of Broadway, also north of Richview Road and west of Hwy 37 are OK locales. ... more

Anna is correct. The best first step is find a qualified loan officer and get pre-approved. He or she can help you obtain your VA Certificate of Eligiblity as well. If I can help, please call me. Feel free to check out my CEO's blog posts on what a good pre-approval looks like:
