Internet rental scams are all over the web.

Unfortunately, neither trulia, nor any other site, verifiy these listings.

It is up to the consumer to use good judgement, and if something sounds too good to be true, it most likely isn't true.

You're not getting a 3000 sq ft house for $700 a month...........and if you're told you can't see the home in person....and if asked to wire money for keys....run in the opposite direction!!!

Dune Lakes is in my opinion, a lovely development of quality higher end homes.
The lower prices in the area are likely due to the downturn in the housing market and subsequent decreased demand for homes in the higher end price range.
If you are interested in living in this neighborhood there is no question that it is a very good time to make the move.

In Moses Lake, it depends on what part of the lake the property is on. A standard 12' x 20' dock will run about $12,000 for for permitting, design and a contractor. If your in a portion of the lake that is really deep, you may need a dock with cantilever which could cost upward of $17,000-$20,000. Some areas of the lake are very shallow and need a really long dock.....again probably close to $16,000-$17,000. There are not really enough "like" sales to determine an actual "value" a dock adds, but most people do not want to go through the hassle of putting one in, so at this point, I would say an adequate size dock, in good condition, would add at least $14k-$20k. Right now, they are still issuing permits, but that may change in the next 6 months. If that is the case, a docks "market value" could go up significantly. ... more

My uncle actually advised me to see if i found a place that would work to see if the owner would be willing to go through a title company which would ensure that the seller would keep the home and moneys that had already been paid even if the buyer flaked out of the deal. Im not sure if something like that would interest you or not. If you were willing to take a chance on up that would be wonderful. The downfall to any of this is that the payments would hopefully only be no more that 800 a month. Im a dog groomer and Im the winter we bring home about 1200 and Im the spring and summer about 1400-1500. I guess the last thing i can say is this is something that we really want to do but aren't very optimistic that the home owner would be willing to give up that chance. ... more

I am a Commercial Realtor in Moses Lake and I have sold many industrial properties around the Grant County Airport. There are a few listed properties...however there are several property owners with unlisted parcels who will sell depending on the size parcel you need. Prices range from $15,000 to $40,000 per acre for large parcels. Small parcels (i.e. under 5 acres) range from $40,000 to $100,000 per acre. Let me know if I can help you.
