Hi Ajay,
As my colleague said, this was taken off the market. I can put you in touch with the listing agent directly or you can use this search engine to find similar homes:
http://www.randolph-chester-homes.com/listings/areas/1995/propertytype/SINGLE/minprice/500000/maxprice/600000/beds/4/baths/3/sort/price+asc/

Hope this helps!

Patrick and Joanne, steps will vary slightly on whether or not you have claimed the house/listing as yours. If you have not, you need to go to trulia.com and do that. If you already are listed as the owner, you can go in and edit the listing. This is where you can alter the photos.

Should you require additional assistance, Trulia support is very helpful.

Good luck.

Hello Racha,

This house has window units and ceiling fans, no central air, plus it also has a lease on it already . There are other rental properties within the area that do have central air. If you would like to view a list of those homes, please reach out to me at 973-727-7626 or through email at: realtorschuck@gmail.com

Have a great day.

Antonia,

Realty Trac is a company that gives false status information due to various different circumstances. The property may or may not be for sale but the price usually reflects what is due to the lender(s).

There are many distressed properties on the market, and if you are interested in pursuing any, I would be happy to help you find the right property.

Feel free to reach out to me to so that we can schedule a time to discuss your goals with obtaining such a property.

As a buyer, you are in an incredibly powerful situation...it is a buyers' market. More importantly, it will cost you nothing to work with a buyers' agent. A buyers' agent will spend many hours educating you on how to buy a house and the process it takes, and will represent you in all negotiations. Yes, a buyers' agent works for you. A buyers' agent has all kinds of responsibilities to you. One of those responsibilities to you includes asking you to sign a document giving the buyers' agent permission to get paid by the seller. In other words, by signing a Buyer Agency Aggreement, you are allowing your buyers' agent to get paid by the seller for all the work he or she will do for you. That work should include helping you find the right home, negotiating on your behalf (that would be the big part) and being at the closing to celebrate your new home. As a frequent buyers' agent I also expect you to invite me to your home at some point, so I can see what wonderful things you have done with it or just enjoy a sandwich and a glass of iced tea. Working with a buyers' agent should cost you nothing in the overall scheme of things. Why rent when you can buy? Let's find out what mortgage options are available to you. ... more
