for the most accurate answer to your question - call a local agent!

You will also need to know if the home requires flood insurance - something that can be costly.

I just moved to the mays landing area, and I am looking for a pediatrician as well. It's not an emergency, but I would like to have a doctor in place for my children's check ups, and in case of an emergency.
Thanks!

DoverNJ24 answered:
I just moved to Dover, NJ about a month ago. For the month of August I tried the NJ Transit line, which is anywhere between about 80 mins ONE WAY. From there, depending on where you work from Penn Station it could take you another 20 mins to get to your job, therefore my commute, door to door, is 2 hours one way. On the way home it has been pretty difficult, most of the time the trains are delayed or on stand by. I try to catch the 620 train which gets me to Dover at approx 7:45 (with no delays). The good thing is you get to read, watch movies, or even nap.

This month I'm trying the driving option. The drive is about half an hour to the Path Station (in Harrison). I left at 6:30 from Dover and reached work at about 8AM. I'm just worried about the drive home and all the traffic on 280W/80W. Don't let Realtors paint false pictures. It is a long commute, some people can't stand it and some can. That's up to you. I personally do not mind it.

Try www.msc.fema.gov put in your address and zoom in on the map. Click on the select tab and draw a box around the area you are looking for. This will take you to a new screen with the flood zone map. Or at least it is supposed to. Sometimes the FEMA site is down. You can contact your local insurance agent and they can tell you if the property is located in a flood zone. The county should have current maps of the flood zones too. ... more

Probably not. The home is listed for sale by owner for $619k and this rental listing has likely been cloned and is a fraud. Please go to the listing and Flag as fraud before someone gets hurt. Maria Tsabrova Buyers Rebate answered:
Nowadays the question of flood insurance increases is very important to consider. The flood zone maps are being revised, insurance rates are increasing significantly. Beware of that and think twice before putting up an offer for a house that floods. With that weather changes we might see many other storms like Irene recurring...
