My last listing was literally "hung up" and I couldn't tell which syndicating source sent it to Trulia. I had to make subtle changes to the listing and "push" the feeds to continually update. So long as we can run a credit report and verify all income and assets it shouldn't be a problem. Does she maintain any US-related credit accounts still? Would there be any US-based address we could use to pull a credit report for her? If not then we would pull an international credit report.

I am sure your agent was thrilled you offered on a SS...make sure you ask for timely updates & where they are in the process...I do ALOT of SS's...and I tell my sellers 1 thing about buyers...you just need 1 offer to figure out what the bank will accept on the home...whether you stay around to buy or walk...from your offer they will get an approved price to sell at...good luck... more
