You cannot, and even if you could what you don't realize is this information and pictures of your home are on literally thousands of real estate websites. While I empathize with your concerns I can assure you what I'm telling you is 100% accurate. The moment the house you purchased was put on to the Internet it became what is considered under the existing laws "Public Knowledge" If you and other property owners want this to change it's going to take a concerted effort lobbying your legislators to pass new laws. Only now are people beginning to realize the lack of privacy we all have once we log onto the Internet.

The good news (so to speak) is that honestly there are literally tens of millions of homes just like yours and honestly 99.99% of those on sites like Trulia, Zillow etc are paying absolutely no attention to them unless they are actively for sale or rent.

Your best source of information is the local police department, why not call/visit and ask all your questions, they'll gladly help--or if not familiar with the area drive around the neighborhood more than once and at different times of day, chat with the locals if the opportunity arises and inquire. ... more
