Hi Paul,

I see that you submitted your rental listing to us directly, and though your listing does still say submission processing within your account, it is actually live on Trulia at the following URL.

http://www.trulia.com/rental/3087141480-309-Northwest-Dr-Silver-Spring-MD-20901

I'll inquire with our engineers as to why this messaging is still being displayed even though processing appears to have finished.

Let us know if we can help you with anything else.

Best Wishes,

Emily

Hi John,

Thank you for your question. Though these listings are being updated on your website, it doesn't appear that they are also being updated in the data feed that we pull this information from. This data feed is sent to us by Birdview.com so I encourage you to contact them to ensure that have the most up-to-date information on file for your listings in this data feed. Once they make these updates, our display should update automatically with the new information.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or feedback for us.

Best Wishes,

Hi Levinallstarteam,

I'm sorry that you didn't receive an answer to your question from Trulia sooner and I'm afraid the answer below is not correct. We receive your listing information directly from Long & Foster and they don't provide us with the square-footage information for this property. The square footage information that we do show in the Public Records section of the page comes from data made available by the county assessor's office.

I recommend that you contact Long & Foster to ensure that they add the correct square-footage information to the data feed they send to us. Once they do so, we'll display that correct value at the top of the property details page. If you would also like to correct the square-footage information shown under the public records section, you or the home seller should contact their local assessor's office to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information on file for this home. Once the county updates their information, our display should update automatically thereafter with the new data.

I hope this is helpful. Please let us know if you have any other questions or feedback fro us.

Best Wishes,

Emily Gibson

Hi Wendy,

Montgomery County actually has a school locator located at http://gis.mcpsmd.org/gis/Publiclocator.asp. You can type in a property listing's address to find out what school is in the property's neighborhood. There is a lot of great information through this site and you will get tons of information on the school itself and it's demographics. You can then mapquest the same listing's property address to the school's address to get an idea of distance. Hope this helps you and just let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

Have a great evening!

:-)
