The photos should link from MLS. If you want to add more photos simply place the mouse on the little house icon at the top right of this page and click "manage listings".

my bad - didn't bother to see that you were the listing agent and not the comments still stand

In regard to your comment:

"my clients suddenly realize why there house isn't selling.
It isn't price....etc"

I disagree - when you come down to it - it is exactly about price as price is the great equalizer, and price trumps everything -

I (we all) could sell a house, say, without a roof at the RIGHT price..........when you have a negative (ie - the tower) you have to find the price that will overcome a buyer's objection to that negative issue.............when you get down to it, it's all about price, especially when buyers are being scared away!

Congratulations on your decision to choose real estate as your new career. I am the Vice-President of Residential Marketing at RE/MAX ADVISORS headquartered in Devon, PA. Rather than focus on "downlines" and agent count, we are focused on professional development (RE/MAX UNIVERSITY) and closing more transaction sides per agent, as compared to our peers. Furthermore, we have a few divisions that may cater to your longer term career goals, including but not limited to, asset disposition services, commercial leasing and sales, and business brokerage. If I can be of further assistance, let me know. Good Hunting! ... more

90% after $16,999 with no desk fees or monthly fees...the new plan

Before this plan I wouldn't have suggested you consider it but they have stepped it up to be competitive now.

In this market, to leave a paying job and consider real estate a "full time" business is NOT a sound move financially.

Our recommendation is to do RE in addition to your other responsibility....don't get hung up with "full time or part time." Remain focused on what you need to do to accomplish your personal goals.

If real estate is for you.....things will work out and you will find a way to be successful.
