Sherry,

It's always best to consult the school district on issues of this nature. District boundaries can be irregular and unpredictable. Be in touch with the district office for reliable information. Many people have bought or rented homes that they assumed were within a district only to find too late that they were wrong. Don't be one of them!

Hi Jason

Like you said you are trying to rebuild your Credit.

Good to know what is the FICO score, and what is your income, and how stable it is,

what are your support or alimony payments and what is it you can afford.

What is your debt to income ratio, are their wage garnishments, back alimonies,
back taxes or IRS liens etc.

Banks want to know all of the above before they give you a loan or go to a hard money lender.

Good luck

Perry

Would have no idea.... Would a woman really tell us her correct age anyway? (Speaking for myself here) Age is not recorded on the deed or any other paperwork.
