Hello Janey,

This home is most likely one that is currently pending at 1120 Cedar. I am not a subscriber to RealtyTrac, but since I am familiar with the map view, it appears to be the home.

When it states that a home is Real Estate Owned it is more than likely listed by a brokerage with a listing agent. If this is the home that I think it is, there is one. And he has a access to that information and a having a buyers agent can help you with. I would suggest you work with a buyers agent in this particular transactions.

Let me know if I can help!

Hi Janey, please contact me offline via email and I will send you the details on this property.

RealtyTrac is not a listing service. They post notices of foreclosure and default pulled from public records. Their postings are very misleading because the price shown is NOT representative of what the property will be when priced for sale. This property may not currently bo on the market yet, and when it is put up for sale it will very likely be listed on the MLS, not on RealtyTrac.

I’m not sure whether you have been formally Pre-Approved. As far as buying, this is your first step (not a pre-qualification, see:. http://www.Steven-Anthony.com/default.aspx?pp=39377 for the difference between the two) so you can be ready to act when you need to, or be aware of any issues that may prevent you from buying when you want to.

Best, Steve
