Its incredibly dangerous to say one way or another if a home is in a certain school district. The best way to find out is to visit http://www.bsd7.org/district/attendance_information/bozeman_elementary_school_boundaries

Great question

Here is the school district boundary map:

http://pagesellsmontana.com/bozeman-school-district-boundary-maps/

Generally you have first priority in the school associated with your address, but if you are moving to town and register late, you will be placed in the school that has room, and aren't necessarily guaranteed placement in your neighborhood school.

I would suggest contacting the enrollment office. Here is a link to information on enrollment: http://www.bsd7.org/district/enrollment/new_student_registration_for_grade_k-5

Hi T. Eckard,

You're going to want to speak with a local engineer regarding the type of septic design, and then a contractor who installs these systems. Most of them are specialized and that is the bulk of what they do. As for grading, a good civil contractor will be able to give you some kind of an estimate if you've got a preliminary design. You also might want to consider trying to obtain a soils analysis for the property is one has been completed by the current owner. Might not be a bad idea to have an independent one done as well. There could be several other considerations that you may want to make prior to submitting an offer. A local Realtor could provide you good insight to some of the additional items you'd want to think about. Thanks and have a great night!

406-522-6000. This is the number for information regarding Bozeman public schools. Please remember, much of the information found online is erroneous. When it really matters, contact the source, in this case the Bozeman Public School System. When you are serious about real estate, contact a local agent. Start your search online, but complete it with someone who knows the ropes locally. You'll save a lot of time and aggravation.

Keep 'er steady.
