The crime rate in the 17307 and 17303 zip codes is virtually non-existent. It is a very safe and quiet rural area, surrounded by fruit groves and mountains.

Hello,
I would like to make sure your son is aware of the new website for rentals for the military nationwide. It is
www.ahrn.com Automated Housing Referral network. You have to be military or retired to access this site and it will give you alot more options than you will find on the other lists, however, they are good resources as well. I retired from Malmstrom in 2001 and Real Estate Salutions is right off base. He has been here for awhile and if he needs something other than where he is, please have him contact me. He may want to consider buying as well with the $8000.00 tax credit. He can call or text me at (406) 231-0520 or visit the office at 5601 8th Ave S.

Thank you
