As Francesca explained below, you can click on the 'Edit Home Facts' button to claim your home and update this information on our site. Once you do so the correct information will show up under the 'Owner Information' section which will be located directly under the property description.

The listings that you've claimed that don't show your contact information are the following, and the listing agent information for these properties appears to be correct in which case you should unclaim them. If that's not the case, you'll need to make sure that these listings are updated in your MLS and with Exit Realty.

I'm sorry that I didn't see your question much sooner. I believe you're inquiring about the link below in which case it appears that you didn't submit a valid photo url to us. To correct this, access the My Listings section of your Trulia account and select 'Update details' for this listing. You'll then have the option to enter a new photo url or select a new file from your computer. Also, be sure that your image is saved in one of the following file types: jpg, gif, bmp, png.

Good luck and let us know if you have any more questions. Just a tip: It's best to categorize questions like this in the Using Trulia section. We'll be able to find them much faster and help you sooner.

If I were your representative agent, I would gladly phone the listing agent and gain up to the minute status info for you. Since I am not your agent, I am limited to the data presented in the MLS, which I provided in my initial post.

The job of a sellers agent is to promote a property to secure the highest price and best terms. The job of a buyers agent is to negotiate the best price and terms for the buyer. What you are asking for is activity data on a property and that info is not recorded in a database that any of us Trulians can acess.

However, if you have an agent, your agent can certainly call the listing agent for additional detail. Since I am not your representative, such would not really be appropriate for me to do. However, if there is a way that I can help you, you are more than welcome to phone or email me directly.

We have agents who work your area, or I would be glad to help you further myself.
