I am currently a seller, and have exactly 5 showings in just under two months. Maybe timing is slow, however I expected this house to sell within two weeks. It is a beautiful home, well maintained with every ammenity you can think of. So what is the problem? Seems people are afraid of solar. I even wrote a great presentation all about solar power; trying to answer all the questions people may have. I am told NOT to be at home during showings; however based on the situation thus far (feedback), it is my opinion that in our case we should be available for very specific questions that I am not certain my realtors are presenting well. Do not misunderstand as they are a great team, however it is my own opinion that we would be wise to be available. I don't mean sitting there; but going for a walk. Greeting the realtor and the prospective buyer. Letting them know, "if they would like to ask specific questions," we could be available when they tell us they are ready. What are cell phones for?
