The data you reported is coming from your county records, because of this I am unable to edit or remove the information. This data is gathered by a third-party data collector and only updates on Trulia when discrepancies are identified at the next data collection cycle. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite this process.

That said, you have the ability to edit your home facts that appear in the Owner Information section. This includes editing the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, home features, description and more.

Please know the 'Edit Home Facts' feature is currently removed from all property pages. While we do not have a time frame for when this will be restored, I can assure you this is only temporary.

Our best recommendation is to check with the county to ensure the information is correct at the source.

I am currently a seller, and have exactly 5 showings in just under two months. Maybe timing is slow, however I expected this house to sell within two weeks. It is a beautiful home, well maintained with every ammenity you can think of. So what is the problem? Seems people are afraid of solar. I even wrote a great presentation all about solar power; trying to answer all the questions people may have. I am told NOT to be at home during showings; however based on the situation thus far (feedback), it is my opinion that in our case we should be available for very specific questions that I am not certain my realtors are presenting well. Do not misunderstand as they are a great team, however it is my own opinion that we would be wise to be available. I don't mean sitting there; but going for a walk. Greeting the realtor and the prospective buyer. Letting them know, "if they would like to ask specific questions," we could be available when they tell us they are ready. What are cell phones for? ... more

I think your timeline plays a role, and look for incentives. If you put the house on the market at the price you want / REALTOR recommends - See if you get bites without the windows. Todays' housing market is insane for sellers.

If you decide to get windows, try to get incentive and MAKE SURE YOUR WARRANTY TRANSFERS. You could go through all of the hassle to only have a warranty for the short period you are there - Thus limiting the appeal for buyers anyway..

Please note that if your property is inactive on Trulia, we neither the consumers do not have the option to add new photos. However, we do have the ability to remove your home photos. Please be assured if you are intending to sell your home, you or your agent (if you choose to use one) will have the ability to create a new listing with new photos and the new listing will override the off market property page with the outdated photos. Please also be advised that the edit home facts feature is currently removed from the property pages while we improve the feature. While we do not have a specific date for when they will be available, I can assure you this is only temporary. We thank you for your patience.

Thank you for using Trulia!

Hey Trizia, check out Mont Sky in NYC. They were open to my friend selling his place without some sort of commission split, since he worked there. Not sure many other brokerages would allow it.

I would highly recommend that you start out at a firm that offers you not just training, but leads and referrals to work on, perhaps with management. Even if it's working on a team, you can view it as real world training.

I have a friend who recently joined Mont Sky Real Estate in NYC, and he's been assigned on 3 exclusive sale listings in Manhattan within 3 weeks, plus numerous buyer clients he's working on with the Principal Broker. Basically it seems like real world training.

Would definitely recommend you get working on a real sales deal as soon as possible. Otherwise, there's little chance you can succeed with no deal history against all of those sharks out there!

Zillow For Sale By Owner listings coming over to Trulia is a new feature recently rolled out because of this we have confirmed there is a technical error regarding Zillow not sending us the Property Owner's phone number through the Buyer's Agent List located on the main photo of the property page that's why it is not displayed in the contact info section. I apologize for the inconvenience it has caused you. Please be advised that I have manually deleted the wrong contact information of the property listing. Please also edit your Trulia profile and input your correct phone number so it will appear on your property listing page. Please follow the instructions below.

1. Log in to your Trulia profile
2. Hover your mouse to your name located at the upper right corner of the page and click 'Profile'
3. Input your phone number and click 'Save'

Once you updated your phone number on your Trulia profile, it will automatically appear on your listing page after 24 to 48 hours.

Thank you for using Trulia!

Zillow allows editing control to change photos. Use either the "Public" or "Owner" view to change pictures or go to "More" at the top of the page.

There should be several agents listed to contact for more info. If you look very closely, one should be listed as the "Listing Agent". Are you sure it's a listing "for sale"?? This sites has public records info that they pull from county records. Many people often mistake those for actual for sale listings. ... more
