The most accurate way is to get a Realtor to give you a comparative Market Analysis. That is what we do.

I have always heard and pronounced it "True Lee Uh"
In reference to Dan's comment, a big 'ol "attaboy"
The good news is that if you come in and look through Trulia instead of going directly to find a pro - you can find those people that are familiar with the area and really try to help inform buyers and sellers in our market.

My website (see web reference below) is also a great resource for the MS Coast. Not to toot my own horn or anything but my business partner and I spend a lot of time trying to bring useful information to anyone who wants it. We are constantly adding information as time permits.

Hi Judy! Talk to a local realtor and he or she can list your home on Trulia. A real esate agent can list your homes on many websites as well as the Multiple Listing Service. When you list with a real estate agent and your home is listed in MLS, your chances of selling your home at the highest price in the shortest amount of time increases greatly. Why? Because a real estate agent can get your home seen by other agents, who are working with PRE-QUALIFIED buyers that are ready and able to buy your home. The agent can work for you to price your house right and to market your house at usually no upfront costs to you. Remember, all fees are negotiable. Good luck and I hope this answers your question. ... more

Hi Pat,

I apologize for not finding and answering your question sooner. In the future if you have a question about Trulia, please assign it to our Using Trulia category so that we'll find it right away.

Is this happening for all the listings you've claimed or only a few? If you could let me know which ones have been affected that will help us efficiently investigate this.

Thank you!
