Some answers you get on here seem like they are from Lawyers instead of Realtors. I worked with a good Realtor a while back who knew everything I wanted to know, and if she didn't, got me the answer.

I did research on the Internet and I found to stay away from wood frame structures. Besides hurricanes and termites, insurance rates can be higher than CBS.

There are no HOA fees, but the Condo Association fee is $398.00 per month. You will have 1 carport assigned to you and the second car will probably use guest parking. When you are asking for approval from the Condo Assoc to be able to purchase, the parking would be addressed. Let me know if I can help. Thanks.
