I have the same issue with old MLS photos of my house. The help section on the Trulia site states you can contact them to request pictures be removed. I just sent them a request. There was an attempted burglary in the house next to us and I do not want photos of my interior layout and belongings on the internet now that the house is no longer for sell. ... more

The property on Trulia says the bank has taken possession, but that is not the case. The Sheriff's sale was postponed and the owner is attempting to make the sale.

You don't, but I wouldn't worry about it. Online automated valuations aren't reliable for anything. No one at either of these companies is licensed in real estate, nor do they know anything about any of the properties they advertise. Unless it's actively for sale (in which case your Agent is solely responsible for the accuracey of the information) it doesn't mean anything. ... more

Hello Chad,
Good morning.
Were you able to get your listings back? If not I have a contact with Trulia, I'd be happy to see if she can help you out. Also we should talk, we can do loans all the way down to 600 Fico scores. Lets see if we can help each other out, and close some business. . We work with 1st time home buyers all the time. I will try and make this a very easy process for your clients.
Thanks much.
