Hello Caroline,
Good morning.
Are you still renting downtown Minneapolis? Are you possibly in the market to buy a home? If so, I would love to see if we can help you out. We work with 1st time home buyers all the time. You would not need a huge down payment. Do you have a realtor yet? If not we have preferred ones we can get you in contact with. I would like to see if I can help you out with a home mortgage. I will try and make this a very easy process. Please let me know how to help out.
Thanks much.

What areas are you specifically looking to move to? I should be able to look into properties that would suite your needs but a better understanding on the cities you are thinking of would be appreciated.

"When an owner gives the keys to a property worth hundreds of thousands of dollars to a complete stranger, and seeks some way of knowing how that stranger cares for their current residence, I don't find that weird or crazy at all. Most of the owners on Craigslist are reasonable people, in my opinion.

Good Luck."

I understand the need to feel secure when renting a property to someone, however, that is what background checks, credit checks, rental references and the like are for. I personally have no issue with people coming into my house, but when it is a complete stranger off craigslist, that is not going to fly with me. I'd rather deal with a legitimate property management company.

My company also does property management and I would be interested in helping you.

Otherwise Renters Wherehouse. Their prices are almost impossible to beat and they have one of the strongest guraentees out there. Any time I have a situation like this come up where the rental is not in my coverage area I push this company. ... more
