Good Morning Gretchen!

I don't have any referral arrangements in AZ. If by chance you have a house to sell here in Wisconsin I would be happy to help you with that. Badgerland Realtors has a great Full Service listing program- just 3% at closing. Contact me any time or visit our website for details.

Keith Manson- Metro Milwaukee Wisconsin answered:
There are a number of programs and grants available. I am not sure if there is one specific for people that are disabled but know there are programs with lower level incomes. The best place to start is with Select Milwaukee at 414-562-5070. Select Milwaukee understands these programs and can explain what the programs offer and the requirements for the prospective buyer. There will be education requirements and other things you will have to do.

Wish you the best.
