You need training and should never have worked with a buyer unless you were trained to do so. Why did you sign with a remote online brokerage. You should have signed with one of the major national brokerages. They have all the technology, training, tools, etc.

I'm in NY but as a former realtor, all I did was type the information myself in a specific format and email it to the listing agent. The huge problem for you is you need to include specific information in the offer and your broker should be helping you with that.

Hi, Angie. All depends the purpose for the appraisal. If you would like to know your property's value, a local realtor in your area can assist you by generating a CMA (comparative market analysis). A CMA most of the times is very accurate but IS NOT an appraisal.

Each State has its rules and laws concerning real estate. The contracts I write are generally a Lease Purchase agreement. It seems to be a win for both buyer and seller, not as plentiful as the other categories of real estate transactions.The only difference in a regular sales and this type is 2 things. As some of the answers stated, Milledgeville has the Oconee Regional Medical Center and Eatonton, located 20 minutes north has Putnam General Hospital. You are not limited to just those hospitals Each city has smaller clinics that serve its citizens. Though you are looking in the Lake Country, here is another option if you dont mind the commute. Just 40 minutes to the west, you will find the Macon Coliseum and the Medical Center of Central Georgia located in Macon Georgia. ... more
