Hi Debbie, it is slim at this time. If you go to the app store on your mobile device and search Keller Williams Realty download the FREE app then enter my Agent code KW1UJB5WU it will let you customize a search. It is current because it is through the MLS so things are not leased 90 days ago and still show up.
Keller Williams is promoting the App right now so as a promotion they are giving $50,000 to one person that downloads it until march 31st 2014
Any further questions I will be glad to help.

I would suggest you try the regular rental sites:

http://www.craigslist.com
http://www.apartments.com
http://www.trulia.com (Rentals Section)
http://www.zillow.com (Rentals Section)
http://www.realtor.com (Rentals Section)

Between all of those, you will get a very clear picture if you can find what you are looking for. Good luck!

I am a female professional in my 50's moving to Midland from Lubbock for a postiion with the Hilton. I am wanting to spend around 1100 - 1200 for a rental garden or duplex or home. If I have to spend more I would see about getting a roommate. I am an outside smoker and I have a maltese that is part of my family. He is 8 yrs old and does what he is told. No probelms ever with him. I live in a gated community in Lubbock with a garage and would like to have another. I have great references. I am reliable and pay me bills. ... more
