Hi Stacy,

It is true. Mr. Burke is very dependable. Have recommended his service for many clients over the years, as they move in or as they are getting their home ready for sale. Have his contact info if you should need it.

On the other hand, many people actually enjoy stopping by to dump their "stuff" at the transfer station on River St. & maybe chat with others who are doing the same.
Some people like to poke through the gently used items at the swap shop as well.

Best Regards,
Pam

Have been involved in the town since 1986. Yes it has grown & yes Rte 114 can be busy, but there is still a wonderful small town atmosphere. Love the sense of community. I have a booklet on the events throughout the year for children, families & adults. This Saturday night the 1728 Club has organized a Comedy Night with a silent auction of items at Angelica's to raise money for events for the children & Seniors.

In March I read to the second grade class at Fuller Meadow for Read Across America week. It is one of my favorite things to do every year! This year the theme was Farm Animals. Read the book Beatrice's Goat base on a true story. The children were so engaging, had thoughtful questions & the class was small in size. We had so much fun!

Please let me know if you would like the booklet emailed to you, so you too can get a feeling about this delightful small town.

Best Regards,
Pam Cote

It is against the law to discuss commissions in a forum, with or without the public. Commissions are negotiable. Commercial transactions are different than residential as to fees.

I would be happy to answer your question with you if you would like to contact me.

I believe it is a marketing strategy. With a new price, even an increase, the listing will come up on agents and buyers radar again. People will wonder why the price went up and start to look at the listing details and pictures again. This will bring the old listing fresh into every ones mind and now that the inventory is so low, buyers may actually be interested in the home again. ... more

Hi Dawn, I don't think there are companies that"rent to own". Sellers do that. If your looking for the Masco school system, we have a few rentals in Middleton. You might want to do that and save for a good sale. In fact, there might even be a short sale in town that meets your price range. You can email or call me if you have any more questions. I have lived and worked in the tri town for close to 30 yrs. now. Gimmie gsvalacer@comcast.net 978-884-1770 ... more
