Hi,

I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and am happy to help you troubleshoot. Please make sure to check your Spam and Junk folders, as sometimes the emails can get stuck in spam filters.

To troubleshoot, please add the following email address to your safe senders list or address book in your email account: updates@trulia.com

This will ensure that emails come through and are not blocked out by your email system. You can find instructions for several different email services at the link below:

Please let me know if you continue to have issues with receiving the emails once you've taken these troubleshooting steps. Please reach back out and I will be happy to help you troubleshoot further.

Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Assume that all rentals here are scams. They will want you to send money to them for some reason. Don't!! Those are the scams and they are abundant here.

To report a scam listing:
Go to the listing - find the link named MORE, under it is a drop down menu with FLAG - Click it

Also - Never Ever send money = those are scams. Never pay for an application = those are scams

You should contact Trulia directly at 888-553-9084. Sounds like your info is involved in a scam.

Did you get an answer? I think that it is not in the interest of Tr ulia to update their site by deleting pics. They are in the business of selling advertising and less content may mean less traffic. A quick goo gle search for "remove pictures from trulia" indicates this has been a problem for years. ... more

Hi Marcia,

John is correct. If you access the link below to navigate to your My Trulia account, you will find the option to edit the listings associated with your account. If this particular listing of yours is not yet associated with your account, you will find an option to search for your listings on this same page, and once you claim the listing, you will be able to edit it just like the others.

Please let us know if you experience any difficulties with this process or if you have any other questions.

Best Wishes,

Hi Dick,

Trulia does receive listings directly from MLS PIN, and your agent's listings should be included so long as they have all been opted in for syndication.

As Sally mentioned below, if you have any need or wish to submit listing information to Trulia directly, you can do so via the link below - either using our single listing submission method, or by creating an XML fee to send to us with information for multiple properties.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Hi Cindy,

Trulia does include historical property information on our site for many active listings as well as those that are not currently for sale. If you are looking for information for a particular property, you can search for it using the complete address. If you are looking at homes generally, you can also elect to view information about recently sold homes in a particular area. For example, the link below will take you to our results for recently sold homes in Concord Massachusetts.

I hope this is helpful. If you have any other questions or feedback, please let us know.

Hi Jim,

TerritoryRE is correct that for some areas we don't have all MLS properties on our site. Though we do have relationships with hundreds of MLSs, and that number is growing each day, by and large we still receive listing information directly from brokers and agents.

I was able to find one of the listings you asked about on our site however which you can check out via the link below.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or feedback for us.

Emily Erekuff answered:
Hi 14lilac,

As I noted in the answer I provided to your previous question, I removed the incorrect listing information from our display for this property yesterday. However it seems that this has caused the correct information to be removed as well. I've ensured that the correct information will be added back to our site, however I'm afraid this won't happen immediately. Currently, updates like this take approximately 24 hours to populate to our site, thus I encourage you to check your listing again within 24 hours and let us know if there are still any problems with the information we display.

Thank you for your patience in the meantime.

Best Wishes,
