I have small 10lb dogs that are 12 and after living here in Massachusetts for 10 years, I suddenly cannot find a kind, caring landlord that does not discriminate against dogs, period. I have submitted personal references from my neighbors attesting to how well behaved our dogs are, landlord reference, excellent credit printed out but have repeatedly been turned down. What the hell is a security deposit of $2000 or more for if they are so paranoid of damage??? These are small Bichon mix dogs with verifiable references!!!!! Cats and children do more damage and can be very noisy as well, but they are usually permitted before a dog.
I have been searching since March of 2017 and it is now June.
We have to be out of our present condo by August as our landlord is forced to sell. I have offered to have potential landlords come over to see how well our home is taken care of even with off white carpet!!!!

HELP! We are looking for a two bedroom in the Acton, Concord, Maynard, Bedford, Stow, Waltham area. I have asked two agents to help but all we get is the MLS list. We will be evicted if we do not move by August 1st.

We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the 'Rent' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Select your preferred property type, square footage, allowed pets, etc.
5. Click the orange 'Done' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.

If you are interested in a listing, click on the "Request Viewing" button. You can also take advantage of our vast network of agents here:
