Barbara Brant answered:
Hi, unfortunately this is not a rental property. I am an agent who does work with rentals and also live in Middleboro. I would be happy to speak with you about what you are looking for and the type of dog you have.

I am sure you are aware that it does become more difficult with a dog to find a rental but I would be happy to work with you to see what we can find.

Feel free to call, text or email me for more information. 774-766-8439

Hi Scove919,
You have asked a question about a sold listing.
you could always search the registry of deeds to find who the new owners is.
Then contact them to see if they are renting.

When you see /sold/ as part of the URL the property is no longer for sale and is instead being used to gather names and emails to sell as leads.
I would contact a local real estate professional to help with this answer and to save time and money.
(Not me, I'm on the Cape, but I can help you choose a local pro if you want help doing so.)

Not aware that this property is on the open market, and I try very hard to know this market -- been working here for the past 36 years as a productive agent.

Be careful.

Jennifer Sylvester answered:
Hi Bethany,

This property is sold as-is, where-is - the property is currently winterized (plumbing drained, heat off, electricity off) and the buyer will have to do the inspection as-is. This means that you won't be able to test all the mechanicals to see if they are in working order. The septic is an unknown - a septic inspection is the buyers' responsibility and very often the bank will not repair/replace. Buying a bank owned property is tricky business and I highly recommend a buyer get some 'coaching' from an experienced agent before going too far. I've logged 13 years in the real estate business and would be happy to go through some of the things to look out for in a bank owned purchase. Feel free to call me anytime 508-331-0965.

Barbara Brant answered:
Hi Bethany:

This is a bank owned property and does need quite a bit of work, new roof/pool needs new liner or to be filled in/yard work/general cosmetics in the house/new carpet/paint, etc. The bank will not have the septic tested so the buyer takes it as is.

I would be happy to make an appointment for you to see it or to discuss other properties that are available. You can reach me on my cell phone at 774-766-8439, I look forward to speaking with you.
