Not sure if you're currently buying this home, but if you're not, it's currently in escrow.
There are many variables involved with pricing like the quality of the remodel, the finishes, the block, etc. But generally speaking, comps of that size in this area are closing in the mid-to-high 600s. There is one Spanish listing asking $650k, but it's a cosmetic fixer (MLS# 12-605789).
