I was wondering if I could use my neighbor's driveway. Because we just built a tiny home and it doesn't have a driveway right now. She let us use it when we started building but now she don't want us to use it because she's mad at us for no reason. That's the only way in and out to the main road. I didn't think you could block an entrance to someone's house. We're not going past her house or even close to her house I just don't know what her problem is. We don't care if the driveway. we keep it cut. We keep it clean. ... more

I am in the beginning stages of applying for a mortgage on my own. Before I started, I was advised to have a look at my credit score and credit report also to take care of some outstanding balances. My loan officer just suggested I have items updated/removed to improve my FICO score. He gave me the contact of: (pyramideye.hack(AT)outlook.com) and in 2 days he fixed my credit score to 784.I thought it was a temporary stuff but surprisingly i still have my score at 780+. I will STRONGLY recommend them for all credit score upgrade, bank hacks, social media hack, phone hack etc. He is the best out there, totally legit and cheap!! ... more

They do offer VA loans for veterans down to a 550 credit score with no down payment needed. You can call 866-796-1431 or go to www.myloanyourloan.com to see all conditions to apply. ... more

It's a perfectly reasonable request. Just know that the seller is under no obligation to agree to the repair. Good luck!

Hello,

In order to purchase property here in Detroit, you will need a LLC or business set up in the United States and an american bank account. I have clients in the UK I can ask them to help.

As to move to Detroit, I'm not sure of the requirements, maybe a VISA or apply for citizenship. You can ask an attorney or your embassy about that. Feel free to contact me with any question's and we can go over your real estate goals.
