Hello Maria, some of the questions you have asked in the past days may be compromising for a licensed real estate agent to discuss as engaging into such discussions may be in violation of a particular protected class.

Hello Patricia,

No one has a crystal ball, and past performance does not warranty the future results.
However, you can see the dynamics/trends by looking at Zillow.com (putting the address in)
and getting a more specific info from your real estate agent (we have all the data and statistics info built in MLS).

Since we are about 2 years into the cycle, the predictions are positive, and the sooner you buy,
the bigger gains you'll see, as a general rule.

Hope this helps,
